Let’s take a look at Friday night’s FPHL games.

Motor City 2, Binghamton 5

Black Bears stay hot. 14 wins in a row for Binghamton. The usual suspects in Thompson, Kirkby and Yates all getting on the board. Rivers and Magill-Diaz with the two goals for Motor City, who continue to struggle, as that’s their fifth loss in a row, and 14th in their last 16.

Port Huron 2, HC Venom 3

The Venom get their first win in 11 games. It’s their third in three meetings with the Prowlers. Rahul Sharma makes 34 saves, Olivier Beaudoin with the winner. Venom now ten points out of a playoff spot behind Motor City.

Athens 0, Blue Ridge 3

ANOTHER STREAK GONE! This time it’s Athens’ ten game streak. Greg Hussey comes off of the street to shutout one of the league’s top scoring teams. The veteran made 36 saves. A huge win for the Bobcats in the playoff push with Monroe losing.

Danbury 4, Watertown 2

A huge win for the Danbury Hat Tricks in Watertown, which has been a house of horrors for them. Gleb Bandurkin has been such a revelation for Danbury, he scores a natural hat trick to start the game. Ratcliffe with the fourth, which included Jonny Ruiz’ 300th point as a Hat Trick, most for any player to ever play in the Hat City.

Dashers 0, Carolina 11

Well…. shoutout to the 8 who made the trip… shoutout to the replacement players…

Monroe 2, Columbus 5

JMac with a Hat Trick! Hunter with a goal and two assists, Wickline with two assists. Dragons are firing on all cylinders.

Baton Rouge 4, Mississippi 1
