Let’s take a look around the Fed with six games across the land!

HC Venom 4, Binghamton 11

The Binghamton Black Bears are the first team to punch their ticket into the 2025 Commissioners Cup playoffs. A dominating effort by the Black Bears. A pretty goal and four assists for Kirkby. Stubbs and Thompson with two goals each.

Ivan Ponivanov with two goals for the Venom in the loss. Next up for the Venom, a home game in Poughkeepsie against Port Huron on Friday. Binghamton hosts Motor City on Friday

Danbury 2, Port Huron 4

The Hat Tricks seven game winning streak comes to an end. As does Port Huron’s three game losing streak. Lukas Lacny with a goal and assist. Graham also with the same for the Prowlers. 32 saves for Reid Cooper in his first start back. The Hat Tricks and Prowlers will play four more times in the next couple weeks.

Watertown 6, Motor City 4

Despite all the roster changes, the Rockers are still struggling. However, Chris Corgan did score two goals, other newcomers Kabatayev and Stevens also find the back of the net. On the Watertown side, two goals for the captain Trevor Lord. Junior Harris with a goal and an assist as well.

Carolina 4, Mississippi 2

Thunderbirds keep on rolling! Ford with the winner and an assist. Sea Wolves get goals from Turner and Hussey. Mississippi hosts Baton Rouge tomorrow, Parent may go for the third straight night in goal.

Blue Ridge 1, Columbus 4

Sammy Bernard makes 37 saves in the win. Goal and assist nights for Wickline and Storjohann. Both teams have Athens up next.

Athens 6, Dashers 4

32 losses in a row for the Dashers, who had a valiant comeback. A hat trick for Brandon Reller on the Athens side. Blake Siewartsen scores two for the home side. Third meeting of the weekend tomorrow. Fourth in five games for the Lobsters.
